A booth seller at an antique mall: a stock list with prices, a location and hours page, a story page, and an enquiry form. It is the shape most small retail businesses actually need.
It is a working site, not a picture of one. Every page is live, every link goes somewhere, and the enquiry form validates and rejects bad input exactly as a real one would.
